You must be 18 or older to use the Service. The first time you sign in, you must confirm you are an adult before you can send any message. Allowing a minor to use your account is a breach of these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account.

3. The Service is not advice

Brutal Gon generates AI responses designed to be direct and unfiltered. It is not professional advice — not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or otherwise. AI output may be wrong, biased, or inappropriate for your situation. Don't act on it without checking with a qualified professional.

We may change, suspend, or shut down any part of the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

Break the law, harass, threaten, defame, or infringe anyone's rights
Generate sexual content involving minors, malware, weapons synthesis, self-harm encouragement, or other prohibited content
Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis
Upload images of other people without their permission
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe for vulnerabilities
Resell the Service or use it to build a competitor
Bypass rate limits or any account restriction

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and remove content at our discretion.

5. Credits

The Service includes a limited number of free message credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Your content

You own what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, process, and use it to operate, improve, and develop the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT IS CORRECT, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING ANY ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON AI OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
