1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. The first time you sign in, you must confirm this before you can send any message. Allowing a minor to use your account is a breach of these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account.

3. The Service is not advice

Brutal Gon generates AI responses designed to be direct and unfiltered. It is not professional advice — not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or otherwise. AI output may be wrong, biased, or inappropriate for your situation. Don't act on it without checking with a qualified professional.

We may change, suspend, or shut down any part of the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law, harass, threaten, defame, or infringe anyone's rights
• Generate sexual content involving minors, malware, weapons synthesis, self-harm encouragement, or other prohibited content
• Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis
• Upload nude or sexually explicit images, or images of other people without their permission
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe for vulnerabilities
• Resell the Service or use it to build a competitor
• Bypass rate limits or any account restriction

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and remove content at our discretion.

5. Credits

The Service includes a limited number of free message credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Pro subscription and billing

What it costs. BrutalGPT Pro is USD 5.99 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

It renews automatically. Your subscription starts when payment is taken and renews every month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on the same day of the month, without further notice.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it is not retroactive. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then return to the free tier.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused messages, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

Failed payments. If a charge fails and isn't recovered, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free tier.

Price changes. We'll tell you before a price changes. A new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payments. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't receive or store your full card details.

EU/UK right of withdrawal. If you're a consumer in the EEA or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Pro access starts immediately, so at checkout you ask us to begin straight away and accept that the right to withdraw ends once the service has been fully performed. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.

7. Your content

You own what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, process, and use it to operate, improve, and develop the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it. Uploaded images are automatically deleted about 30 days after upload.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT IS CORRECT, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING ANY ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON AI OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD 100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
